If the lead has come through, it means the customer is wanting to hear from someone. We aren’t asking you to do the job or quote the job, we just ask that you call the customer. If a lead comes in after 6pm, the customer is told that you will call them by 10am the next day. You can however call at the time if you wish. Please ensure you set your availability for times you are happy to make a phone call. To change your availability, go to the SERVICES tab and then to the AVAILABILITY AND LEAD CAPACITY box. Click on the blue pen icon next to each day to adjust your available times. This can be changed as often as you like.
