When you to breach a franchisee, please consider the 2 below options. 

Step-by-step guide

Option 1 

  1. Fill in the breach template off the FSO Website or from below, send to the franchisee, upload it into FMS and tick the non compliance box for whatever the breach was for, then send a copy of the breach to compliance@jims.net – please note: if you send the breach only you can issue the termination notice to the franchisee.

Option 2

  1. Email compliance@jims.net with all the relevant details/evidence needed for the breach (if for Fees outstanding, invoices and a total is needed) we will complete the breach for you and send it to the franchisee on your behalf with a cost of 109.41 *subject to change with CPI. Please note: if National send the breach only National can issue the termination notice to the franchisee.


Please keep in mind that breach notices can either have a 14 day or 28 day notice period. If unsure, please check with compliance@jims.net
