How do I resend customer Surveys via SMS/Email?

Franchisees are able to resend survey requests to Customers via the customer records in Jim’s online. More details

How do I update my information

Franchisees are able to update only their online profile Jim’s Online under the “Getting Work” → “Online Profiles” page. All other contact information can be updated via request to their Franchisors or through the call centre.
