  1. Open Jim's Online

  2. Options

  3. Options & Notifications

  4. Your Notifications

  5. In the section "Receive unserviced by", Tick "Email"

  6. The options to "Inc. cross dIvision" leads should now appear and you can tick (or untick) this box.
