Read this if you need more information about the Technology & Franchisee software fees.
- Franchisees whose agreements were prepared prior to 13th Jan 2013 may opt in/out of paying/using Franchisee software (such as Formitize).
- Franchisees whose agreements were prepared after 13th Jan 2013 will pay the Jimbo app fee IF their division is approved to be using Franchisee software (such as Formitize), but it is their choice if they use Franchisee software.
- Franchisees whose agreements were prepared after Jan 1, 2015 will pay a Technology fee regardless of their division.
- Franchisees who started before 13th Jan 2013 and renew their contract are NOT required to pay a Technology fee or Franchisee software such as Formitize, fee.
- Working Franchisors are required to pay to use Franchisee software such as Formitize.
- Franchisees who started before 1st Nov 2019 may have the Technology Fee waived if they have tried Jim's Jobs Web (once ready for their division) and are paying for Formitze directly.
