Dual-client quoting

WEB

You can now include 2 clients and their shares in the same quote. This was originally developed for the Fencing division since their jobs usually involve two customers. However, it is available to all divisions. Click below to see more details.

☘️Bug Fixes

• ANDROID Made the default GST on jobs created on Android devices consistent with iOS and Web (GST 10%)

• WEB Fixed validation error after modifying Schedule Frequencies. Now after modifying the schedule frequency from the setting, you can create a regular job with that frequency without any problems.

• WEB Updated job list instantly. The added job appears in the list instantly. No need to refresh the page.

• WEB Fixed the job status display. The job status should display correctly as Done, Not Done, Cancelled, Invoiced.

• WEB Fixed the new user interface for the new job in the client’s past job.

• Update the workflow of saving and previewing invoices to be similar to the previous version. In the Invoice new UI, Confirm Invoice button is renamed to Save with the same functionality. Clicking Save will create a new invoice in the database, and keep you on the invoice dialog so you can continue to Preview & Send it.

• Fix issue of invoice note not being prepopulated with job note
