☘️ Bug fixes

  • WEB ANDROID IOS GST on payments is recorded inaccurately.

GST will be recorded accurately for GST invoices and GST-free invoices when users add payments from anywhere.

 

  • WEB ANDROID IOS GST report is calculated inaccurately.

  • WEB ANDROID IOS Multiple pdf-related errors with the system.

1. Printing out payments under Financials, then sending them to a client via email won’t fail anymore.

2. Printing a list of debtors under Financials no longer will give an error.

3. When adding an attachment pdf of a quote, it no longer will give an error.

4. Printing Clients from the Clients' view no longer gives an error.

🚀 New feature

  • WEB Create a Quote or a Job from a Quote Visit so you don’t have to double entry when creating quotes/jobs after quote visits.

You are now able to create a quote or schedule a job from a Quote visit. To do so, hover on a quote visit record in a job list, and click Edit button to open Edit Job dialog.

  • To create a quote from this quote visit, click “Convert to quote” button. A confirmation pop-up will appear. Once you select “Yes”, a new quote dialog will appear with pre-populated information including client, address, and current date.

  • To schedule a job from this quote visit, click “Schedule Job” button. A confirmation pop-up will appear. Once you select “Yes”, a new job dialog will appear with pre-populated information including client, address, and current date.

  • WEB Email Xero log to support. If requested by our support team, you can select one or more Xero log and email us for quicker troubleshooting.

🚀What’s new

Dual-client quoting

WEB

You can now include 2 clients and their shares in the same quote. This was originally developed for the Fencing division since their jobs usually involve two customers. However, it is available to all divisions. Click below to see more details.

Here is a quick video tutorial.

 

Previous state

You can only select one client when creating a quote.

 

Current state

You can select Primary Client and Secondary Client when creating a quote.

For the Fencing division, Primary Client and Secondary Client are labeled “Client” and “Neighbour” respectively.

When adding a service/item, you can specify the share for each client. Once you enter the share of one client, the other’s will be auto-calculated to make up 100%.

You can customize SMS or Email for each client when sending the quote. Also, each client will have their own link to accept the quote.

 

When the secondary client accepts the quote, the status becomes “Partially Accepted”. If the primary client accepts the quote, the status becomes “Accepted” regardless of whether the secondary client has accepted the quote or not.
