Notification updates

  • FSE’s sickness/holiday notifications are now grouped and sent together as one email after a small delay

When FSE’s update their Availability on Jim’s Online, the system will consolidate all inputs within 15 minutes and send out as one notification instead of sending them individually. If no further inputs are detected within 15 minutes, Jim’s Online will send out the notification to FSO.
