Update attachment mechanism

As per instructed by Jim, an attachment is no longer mandatory for Complaint deletion requests

Update Complaint templates with new wording

Notifications to FSE/FSO has been updated with a new template as per Jim’s request

Set Complaint button is still Active on Surveys with Complaints

We noticed that the Set Complaint button is remains active for Surveys that already has an active complaint record linked. This caused some issues if multiple complaints are linked to the same survey.

Updated “Possible Complaint” template for contractors

Possible Complaint Email was still addressed to customercare@jimsplus.com, we have changed that to the correct mailbox at customercare@bizza.com

Bug fixes

We fixed a bug where:

Update Password Authentication logic

Your password has been stored with an additional layer of encryption as a part of our system security initiative. This will not impact on how you access FMS4 as this is a change to our database and servers.

Moved document storage to cloud

Documents stored in FMS5 will now be stored on the cloud. This will not impact on existing functions.

Updated the training invitation email template

Points Submission Process

Description

The points submission process involves FSOs and FootHills staff to access a page to create a “FSO points submission” request through FMS5 to Finance team for approval. This can be accessed via Franchisor Site as well as through the menu in FMS5. The approval process will utilize the Action List page in FMS5 where new submissions will appear in a to-do list on the landing page on FMS5.

Overall Flow

 

Points Submission

This is a page designed for FSOs and Foothills staff to submit a Points addition request. We will add a link to this page for FSOs in FMS5 and also on the Franchisor Site.

  1. Access FMS5 and select FSO Points Submission from the Compliance menu

    1. Alternatively you can find a link to the page from the FSO site that will redirect you to FMS5

  2. Fill in the details on the Add Training Points page

    1. Select a Division

    2. Select FSO type

    3. Select the FSOs that needs the points added to (Use the controls between the two fields to add/remove FSOs to the list of selected

    4. Select an Item for the points awarded for E.g. National Conference

    5. Select the Date of the event

    6. Check to see if the correct points has been assigned from the Item selected in step 5

    7. Attach a supporting document (Just any pdf will do)

    8. Submit the request
