The diary is essentially your run sheet for the day. It’s exactly like having an A4 piece of paper with all your jobs for the day except it’s in your phone and it’s live and can be amended in real time.

Views available:

• Dairy

• Daily View

• Weekly View

• Monthly View

By clicking on a job, you can see who the client is and specific job details.

You can also get directions to the job via google maps by clicking the blue drop pin next to their address. 

By opening the client details in a job, correspondence such as emails and SMS can be sent in real time.

The flexibility is yours when it comes to how you view your diary. At the top right you can filter what kind of jobs are shown and change the diary view.
