INVOICING

Invoicing is quick and simple via the Jim’s Jobs Mobile App.

Once a job is complete you can generate an invoice that is based upon a template. All templates can be edited via Jim’s Jobs Web (the desktop version).

The following process will help you invoice on the go:

  • Locate the job (either via your diary or via a client)

  • Change it’s status to “Done”

  • Scroll down in the job and click “Invoice”

  • Make sure all the details are complete and the correct job is attached

  • Review and send!

Once an invoice is sent, it will sit in your “Unpaid Invoices” list which is accessible from the home page.
Payments can easily be reflected in Jim’s Jobs by opening an invoice and clicking on “Payment”.
