How to setup payment methods with bank account

While integrating Jim’s Jobs with Xero, bank accounts are imported from Xero. These bank accounts are then associate with payment methods being used to apply payments for invoices.

In situation where the bank account code are not setup correctly in Xero while integrating with Jim’s Jobs, the payment methods may not be setup correctly as well. This will cause payments fail to sync with Xero in the daily operation.

To setup the payment methods with desired bank accounts, you can go to SETUP > Financial Settings > Payment Methods, as shown below:

Edit or double click on a payment method, select the bank account from the drop down list

Click UPDATE button to save your changes. Now your payment method is setup for payment to invoices.
