If you have left Jim's group and still want to access Formitize, please read below.

Instructions

Reactivating your Formitize account

  1. When you are no longer a FSE with Jim's Group, we contact Formitize and cease paying your Formitize subscription.
  2. You need to contact Formitize to re-activate your account with them.
  3. You will then be responsible for the cost of using Formitize.
