How to recover your Jimbo login details

To retrieve your Jimbo username, company name or password, please follow this guide.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Browse to www.jimbo-app.com.      
  2. Click on the “Register for Jimbo” tab and fill out your details to retrieve your login credentials.
  3. You will need to use the same email address that you signed up with. ( You can confirm what it is by checking your Jim’s Online details.)
  4. We recommend you perform your first Jimbo Sync or re-installations while connected to home Wi-Fi and not using mobile data.
