Creating Quick Response SMS Templates on Apple & Android smartphones.

Send that text!
Whenever you can’t reach a client direct, text them. Program short messages that can be called up by keys. For example:

  • Typing ppp can be set to enter “Hi, this is Bill from Jim’s Mowing. Tried to call just now. Please call me back on 04…..

  • xx could be used for “Hi, this is Bill from Jim’s Mowing. Turned up as arranged but no-one home. Please call me back on 04…

  • qq could be “Hi, this is Bill from Jim’s Mowing. Sent my quote to your Email. Any questions please call me on 04…

As per Jim’s Group newsletter Friday, 7 August 2020, in the unlikely event that clients miss the text, send to jim@jims.net and he will wipe any complaint or a poor survey. We get several complaints and poor surveys a day for lack of this one simple step!
