Franchisors may cancel leads only for very good reason, such as false address, wrong city, or wrong service. Client cancellation or inability to make contact are not valid reasons. Franchisors who cancel more than 2% or leads will have the right to cancel leads removed. Tell the Franchisee it is national office policy and out of their control,
Cancelling leads too easily reduces the incentive for service.
